been trying to get some decent 3D done. SketchUP works so well...till the trees and cars come in...and then the comp needs extra power.

could've finished the entire view thing with hand sketches....wisdom in hindsight.

on a totally unrelated note, looks like the western railway will have airconditioned coaches.

i fail to see the point. the stations will be just as crowded and sweaty and grimy as they are now. so the AC coaches will only have soggy grimy stinky air moving about.

and in case of a system overload...what if the doors dont shut/ dont open like it happened with the delhi metro? then what?

and what about the CFC's that will be used for the cooling? why are we inventing a problem for future generations to solve?

why can't they just retrofit the coaches to get better natural ventilation? pretty sure there's enuff headroom till the overhead electrical wires. there were a couple of new rakes in use till late,,,wonder where they are?

whatever happened to "design" ?
